The Opportunity: In partnership with brand specialists Dick&Jane and the Q Mastercard team, MSO was invited to contribute to a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for Q Mastercard’s Qhristmas initiative. With 2024 being a challenging year for many Kiwis, the campaign aimed to connect meaningfully with customers during the festive season.

The Solution: Spanning 11 weeks, the campaign deployed over 500 assets across 20 campaigns and 16 channels. MSO brought its expertise to a wide range of deliverables, including internal web assets, EDM campaigns, animated and static social media content, targeted media placements, and high-impact Google ads. Our designs focused on maximising customer engagement and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

The Outcome: The Qhristmas campaign successfully reached key customer audiences with engaging, high-quality content tailored to their needs. MSO’s creative contributions played a pivotal role in building a cohesive and impactful presence for Q Mastercard, helping the brand show up meaningfully for Kiwis during the festive season and beyond.
